Do You Have a Snack That Has Protein, Carbs and Fats?

Dinner is by far the biggest meal of the day, so days when for some reason i'm really hungry, like it'll happen at three, it kind of ruins my dinner. The combination of having proteins, carbs and fats gives you energy, but it won't weigh you down, cause you're just having a little bit. So yes, usually what happens is I have like ten minutes of of liker, more like 20 minutes before my next call. And and then i have time to notice i'm kind of hungry or like that.
