i think that we need to defend ourselves in a warring environment. It is really important that we stop calling the current geo political struggle between us and china as a competition. When you lose a war, it's about your political survival. And when you're in a war, you are unified around the single objective of winning that war. That is the kind of focus and determination and urgency that we must meet this challenge with.
