The Focus Was on the New York Times

The Times allowed a filmmaker to the newsroom for a showtime documentary that ran in 2018 called the Fourth Estate. In my piece, of course, I quote extensively from the documentary because it's pretty rare to get an inside look at editorial decision making and discussions. So that's another reason why the focus was on the New York Times. He could find no similar documentation relating to other news organizations.
