CNN's John Sutter has his own contender for foolishness of the week. He says New York Mayor Bill de Blasio was out in Times Square dancing on New Year's Eve, even though all the little people weren't allowed to be there. Politicians across the country have been doing this as well, and it is kind of pathetic, he says. "The rules that they have a hand in crafting ... don't apply to them"
