The Importance of Targeted Pitching
The overall pitch is directly proportionate to your product roadmap's deliverability on time. If a customer becomes unhappy with the kind of vision that you were talking about in the beginning and it's not being delivered now, then there's no way that this customer will buy a product again. I'm not sure why founders would have variables for anyone outside of Google Market teams. And everyone's role should be kind of target oriented.
