Is There a Risk of a Run?

There are a lot of people, apparently with large deposit accounts that are part of which are not insured. Some of them may be corporate deposits, which are also not being broken up across banks. And so when you get a fear of a run and they're not insured, that's a problem. The whole thing that makes the business go is that you attract the positive. They don't really leave you provide them services and in return, they accept below competitive rates.
