Is There a IPA in Q APA?

Q APA is back on the phenology page, I noticed there was the phonetics were listed in Q APA. Is that something from your conlang domain or is that something I should know from elsewhere? No, it's something I made up. It's an ASCII map phonetic notation. And I made few, made a few changes because the IPA isn't sort of messy in place.
