The Myth of Plant Proteins - No Need to Combine Complementary Proteins
The myth that plant proteins are incomplete has been dismissed by the nutrition community as myths decades ago. The body maintains pools of free ameno acids that can be used to do all the complementing for us. Some 90 grams of protein is dumped into the digestive track every day from our own body, getting broken back down and reassembled so our body can mix and match whatever we eat. It's practically impossible to even design a diet of whole plant food that's sufficient in caloryes but deficient in protein.
