Deterrence Is the Best Deterrent

If the United States was attacked by nuclear force, we would know first because those missile warning sensors are constantly staring. China is growing quickly and developing every kind of space capability that we have so they're certainly working on their missile warning constellation. We should not be worried about a nuclear exchange as any nation that has nuclear weapons knows that that is existential.
