Is This a UFO? Or a Spherical Object?

I've never heard of spherical objects with spikes on the ground being deployed from a, you know, some type of fe with lights. To me, this screams military, top secret, mil technology. It could be like someone's machine on that magme waown yo yen. I kind of get military vibes from this craft, more man made if it was truly something from out of this world. Or perhaps even a civilian who's created, created, you know,. Some random person out there who's created this object and is like testing it out.
