There's never been a study that i am aware of that showed significant loss of vitemanc in animal foods. Raw and cooked forms of pork liver had essentially the same amount of itemin c with 25 point three milligrams per hundred grams and 23 point six milligramsper hundred grams, respectively. So i just think that if liver is going to be a major source of itemancy on a carniva diet, i just suspect that it's probably more significant to liver versus non liver comparison.
