i cannot let a lawyer get off o my podcast without talking about trade mark and how we protect ourselves in the onland, course world. Most course creators do not want anyone else using the name that they've created and that they've branded under. You need to file a federal trade mark application with the united states patent trade mark office. It sounds easier said than done but i will give you guys a free trade mark training im so that you all can kind of learn a little bit more about what is a trade mark - it's not as int tive as i'm making it sound.
