I Think It's Fair to Say That at Chelsea, You Take Solsher Out?

Lampard took over derby and chelsea in the summer, so he had a full pre season to work. It's difficult to know where to go now, isn't it? Can you realistically then take a big drop back down to a championship or a league? If he doesn't do well here, what's then the argument for him getting a job at, i don’t know, a villa, for instance)?
