What Kind of Evidence Do You Have That Shows That Sakari Was Involved in This Crime?
Carl janes never opened his mouth ever to speak about this crime. He didn't answer one question from the state police or anybody else. And therefore the idea was that in court, they couldn't raise any confession by janes and could only raise the allegations presented by scary. Therefore, it turned out that sacari doomed himself by talking to us and was convicted of first degree murder. The states attorneys for massachusetts were only to obtain a second degree conviction based on the defence presented that janes never admitted to anything.
