Radio victoria was born out of the 19 92 peace accord signed in chapultepec, mexico. Wendy wallace first went to el salvador as a trade union activist during the country's civil war. When the war ended, she stayed to help set up the radio. This year is their thirtieth anniversary, a time to remember erantiempos dificiles.
