The Resurrection of Jesus
In the first century Jewish context, would it be very contingent on whether they've with this empty tomb? An appearance of somebody who then you have been crucified. Resurrection is not about going into a glorious angelic state. But something about those wounds, which many, many generations of preachers and commentators have said, are the wounds that love has borne. And so people have speculated that maybe in the new creation in our resurrection bodies, that we have suffered out of love for others will be part of our glory. We'll shine for that.
