The Rise of the American Dream

I think it's an attitude and culture issue for certain countries that maybe they have this resting on their laurels mindset as opposed to continually innovating. I was watching a Jay Leno interview yesterday where he says, why don't I own a Ferrari? The guy owns a million cars. And so what does that mean? Malaysia is a better place to live now than it was 30 years ago. They're not happy. Fewer people than ever are proud to be American.
