Butterfly Pea - The First Time That We Met This Specific Pigment
The butterfly pea is a climbing vine that can be kept as a perennial in tropical climates or grown from seed. Every year it produces these soft green leaves and a seasonal bloom of deep blue flowers, usually with a little white centre. Anthesynins are pigments that give lots of red or blue or purple fruits and vegetables and flowers their color. They're also useful in our bodies because they have antioccident properties. This is why the advice is always to eat variously colored fruit and vegetables for their various properties.
