What is a hazard for one person is actually stimulating for another. How do we reconcile that and how the companies approach that, do you think? Well, I was going to throw that question back to you because that's the bit I haven't figured out yet. You guys have all the smart models and technology. And definitely when we're talking about psychosocial risk assessment, we definitely feel like the old models don't work.
