The Importance of Human Rights Law in a Small-Scale Society

Human rights law is closely associated with the rise of capitalism in northern europe in the 1500s. In small-scale societies when one person out of personal uh because they're they're selfish does something that jeopardizes the rest of the group right and so we have to figure out how do you retain the enormous benefits of capitalism while making these corporate enterprises accountable for damage done by maximizing their ability to make a profit? That's where government regulation comes in, but once you make government supposedly a source of evil suddenly then there's no regulations and regulations are form of oppression according to this silly argument about how to run a society.
