Sub Leases and Givebacks in the Office Market
In the Seattle MSA, Microsoft is going to let more than 1 million square feet of space expire without renewal. Reebok has put its entire office in the Seaport District of Boston for sub lease. In Columbus, Ohio, Cardinal Health has put 400,000 square feet of office space up at 5100 rings road. And then lastly, in Minneapolis, St. Paul, United Health has put one of its Minnetonka offices up for sublease on white water drive.
