How to Transfer Work From Lightroom to Lightroom on Your Main Service System

I used to use a lot of presets in Capture One, they call them styles. I now would create a catalog for that particular job. And then that catalog would live on my laptop until it then gets backed up onto my main archive. You know, obviously Capture One is better in terms of using sessions and being able to do that a little bit simpler. But so far I've found everything that I've found online to be utterly horrible.
