Bryan caplin says labor markets work a lot more poorly than many economists think. He argues that the behavior economics revolution has not really entered labor economics nearly as much as it should. The way social customs are carried forward to day, compared to 19 ten or 19 50, i mean, something has changed and it's not parenting. It's not schools.
