Single Tenant vs Multi Tenant?
With shopping centers, you're typically responsible for roof structure, parking lot. There's more maintenance involved with single tenant. Shopping centers take a little bit more time. For me, it was really more about volume. And i'd rather a put my heart in something that i really like.
