Digital tools and products have a lot to do with that like yeah social networks social media work culture all of that stuff is broken I think there's a lot of things that are not optimal there right so if we look at how it's going right now it's not going great people are burning out. People are exhausted at their jobs they're depressed they're overworked all of thatstuff is because of the culture of work that we have.
