How to Diagnose and Treat Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Quinn gets an EGT and pathology of her distal esophagus shows increased epithelial eosinophils. She has started on topical steroids and her symptoms improve. What kind of follow-up is there at this point? Are we done with the patient or do they need kind of serial monitoring after they're feeling better?
