Oklahoma Is Asking the Court Outright Just to Overrule That Decision

In 20 20 there was a landmark ruling about the sovereignty of indian tribes, and now oklahoma is asking the justices to reverse that ruling. The state has asked the court outright just to overrule n that brand new case. And i think the ruling, flipping the decision the other way is really cannot be seen by many as an example of how the court is really just another political actor.
