The Locals Aren't Restricted to Photographers, Right?

Poll: Is it in the public interest to keep protesters and journalists apart? It's a one vote difference because before it was 7822 and now it's 7525. I'm really surprised by this actually. Most people thought only photographers could go to the area. The last time most people thought that if the locals were restricted to locals, only the locals could go.
