The Rise and Fall of ROP

ROP is a really interesting disease because it's sort of been changing since it was first described like 75, 80 years ago. In high-income countries, we are continuing to see severe ROP at the lower limits of viability. And in many low-men and income country regions, we're seeing ROP and bigger babies where the focus is on saving lives or reducing neonatal mortality.
