The Role of Competencies in Sales Enablement
Sales enablement is all about behavior change, so what are the right behaviors? And in order to understand what the right behaviors are, they need to be defined and approved. Some of the most like durable or transferable ones are going to be things like territory planning, account planning, pipeline generation, opportunity management, account management. It's a valuable exercise just because it provides that clarity around what we want them to do.
