The Natural Law Ethic - Part Two
The natural law ethic is saying that the goodness, goodness, is whatever enhances what we are naturally equipped to do. So all that's laid out more'n the second half of the book. It starts at page 29 and goes all the way til a hundred 55. He was refuting a hume's earlier point that reason is a slave of the p s. And hes saying that justice is a product of the reason, of reason, not of the passions.
