Are There Other Particles With Weird Electric Charges?

A lot of people said yes because of quarks. Maybe we asked the question wrong. I think that most people don't even imagine the existence of like particles with one millionth of the electric charge. One possibility is that there's a new kind of particle out there with weird electric charges. We just haven't noticed yet. The other possibility is that maybe some of the particles we do know don't actually have zero electric charge. They have very, very, very,. very small electric charges.
