The five-second rule is a mental exercise that Mel Robbins developed to help people focus on what they want to do rather than waiting for the right time. It involves counting in your head and then you take a physical action toward actually doing that thing. I'm also going to go into depth about the difference between inspiration and and then something coming from our thinking mind that is not from inspiration but backtracking here a little bit because I've created sort of a rabbit hole and different avenues that we could go down.
