Most of the national liberation struggles, pretty much all of them, were not successful until the forties, fifties, sixties and seventies. They had that material support from the soviet union, from china and from this other pole, riht. And i think there's a very real possibility we could see a return to that kind of policy. But you can have so many great revolutionaries, but if they don't have material support, it's much less likely that those revolutions are going to succeed.
