The company Tesla could be subject to potential liabilities that are not otherwise disclosed in their 10Q, 10K filings and are thus driving the price down. An example of that could be as we've talked about a derivative shareholder lawsuit against Elon Musk for failure to act in the best interest of shareholders. But how does that impact the company though when that's in the same? No, because it is a it is derivative against the board of directors or against Musk and the board of Directors. And their contracts have indemnification clauses. So the company will then step in and defend.
