Partially Extraction Techniques

Partial extraction is extremely technique sensitive. You need to very carefully cut the root mesildistally, all the way to the apex. Then you do like a little s or you bevil it in. That then allows you to place the implant. And you placing the implant essentially engaging the pal bone. So there are so many things that potentially could go wrong for those that have not a master that technique.
