Doge coin has a much higher chance of reaching its milestones, simply because its development is funded and coordinated by the doge coin foundation. Sheba inu apparently doesn't have a git hub, meaning there's no way of seeing how much development is taking place. So given these facts, i believe dogecoin is the top dog in this fight for now. But this could change if sheba enu can outpace dogecoin on development. That is really what it all comes down to.
