Total cost of ownership is the big one and I think you're completely right that's a difficult thing to quantify. In our experience in general serverless helps teams to be more agile and ship products faster. There's always a trade-off there as well you also have to understand that with new paradigms there's new learning that has to occur, so keep going with your eyes open. Is there really an insurmountable lock-in with serverless? Yeah I have mixed feelings about that because every cloud vendor has different APIs for function as a service at least.
