Berlin's Election: A Seismic Earthquake
The last election was struck down as unconstitutional because the voting booths didn't work. Issues that drove this were in part, I think a general sense that Berlin's administration could be tidied up. The dark side of this election is the race issue or the issue of public order which is tied up with race in Germany. This is also of course the city administration that couldn't build an international airport for love and money.
