Ava and Ben used couch flipping to fund their 50% of the down payment and the closing costs for that first real estate deal. The average cost or like the average profit we'd make on a couch flip was around 250. Ava says cold calling is not fun, especially when you're getting rejected thousands of times before you actually get your first steal.
