What Is My Heart Rate Really Telling Me?
It's always better to wait an extra day or two coming back from illness than it is to jump in and perhaps set yourself back. What is your gut telling you? How are you feeling? And also perhaps look at resting heart rate. You can also look at heart rate variability if you track that data using WUP, ORA or an app like HRV4 training. Because those metrics can tell you how prepared you are to accept the work that you're about to do.
