Barton: Our purpose driven design process is really aimed on three key phases. It's strategy, which is all of the discovery things that you would expect that an agency would do in strategy. And then from there are phase two implementation, that can be a whole lot of things that can come out of Discovery. Most of my net new like first time client deals go like this; we're going to spend six weeks doing these tactics.
