I haven't necessarily had a moment where I was hitting rock bottom or where I built a company that failed. But in terms of small failures, that's something that I see every day. We have a culture that really embraces failure as an opportunity to learn and get better. So when I think of failure, I think that failure is not necessarily creating a design that doesn’t hit its KPI... but rather it's creating aDesigning for ourselves and our audience.
