There are 89 countries that have submitted. The bad news is that if you add them all up, it doesn't add up to getting the to well below two degrees. It amounted to something stole around two point seven of warming. I mean, we're only a few weeks away from glasgow, and it's really urgent that we reduce emissions a lot this decade to reach the goals of the paris agreement.
