The idea that every so it came about because president manakovitch had been bullied by coten into turning his back on the e u. Yankovitch's forces cracked down and what they wanted was for each person in krane to be treated with Dignity. So when president porshenko was elected president in june that was obviously a huge part of his plank. And they asked not only us, but the rest of the international community, the international institutions, to help them fight corruption in governmental institutions and more broadly.
