How to Navigate a Bonk

I tend to reflexively just grab anything I can food-wise, which might be packets of snakes or just anything. It's almost like a, there's no screening there of any choices. Take it easy and take it at a pace that you feel comfortable. You still would want to be fairly slow when your approach is actually not a question that I get asked all that much because, you know, most of the people chatting to me don't get to that point.
