Gorbecho - The First Russian President

Gorbecho came to power in march 19 85. He wanted to open up a society through two great reforms at home. Gorbachov really cared about glasnost and opening up the kind of ending the censorship, rolling back the censorship. And i think for the first time in a thousand years of russian history, you did have the passage of executive power via election. That too has been squandered.
