The Difference Between Directional Trading and Non-Directional Volatility Options Trading?
There's different types of traders. We're looking at directional traders that either they want to buy, you know, calls because they think the market or that stock is going to go up. Then there's premium sellers that have a direction and sell puts instead. So it gives them premium with a bias that the stock's not going to go below their strike price. And then we've got non-directional volatility traders who might just look at simply premium price like I was talking about before.
