Alex Brien left YWAM when he was 19. He says the idea of being a Brien is "no concept for me at all" After coming home, he started deconstructing his faith and found God through reading the Bible every day. The experience gave him time to process what had been done to him by YWAM but also pushback from parents who didn't think he should be there.
