Just make it a concerted effort to bring your attention to the breath,. to slow it down, and make that your everyday ritual. You don't relate to life if you're stuck in your head. And there is an intelligence in the human body. Can you imagine a machine that for 75, 80 years was conducting all the functions of the human body? There is an ligence in the humanBody which is so far going to outweigh anything that mankind can achieve. We can tap into that intelligence, and i'm hoping this is not new wage stuff.
